Delete your Roamify account

You can permanently delete your Roamify account and all of its data at any time, in one of two ways:
Option 1: In the app
- Open Roamify and tap the Profile tab.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm, entering your password if asked.
Option 2: On this page
If you can't use the app, sign in with your Roamify account here and delete it.
or
If you signed up with “Sign in with Apple”, delete your account in the app, or email iletisim@theroamify.com from your registered address with the subject “Account deletion request”; we complete requests within 30 days.

Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes the following; this cannot be undone:
- Your account, profile details and profile photo
- Every route you created, with its stops and photos
- Your comments, ratings and favorites
- Who you follow and who follows you, and your notifications
- Your reports and support requests
If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play; deleting your account does not cancel it.
What is deleted, what is kept?
Deletion removes all data tied to your account right away. Security server logs (such as IP address and access time) are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. Nothing else is kept unless the law requires it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
